Synopsis: While on the brink of a military confrontation with China, Air Force One crashes in the desert, killing the President. This brings Vice-President Kermit Madigan to power who, having been left in the dark by the president, must now rely on his predecessor’s aides to guide him. But they have markedly different viewpoints and hidden agendas. Will he blunder his way into a nuclear exchange with the Chinese?

Unknown Actor: I didn’t find the guy below in the cast list. He is in the Oval Office when they’re trying to convince the Vice President that the President is dead. Buddy Epson (the VP) is arguing that there could have been a stowaway on board the president’s plane and says “That doesn’t mean the president didn’t jump. Just means there was an extra person aboard that’s all. I wanna know Toomey, how that could happen”.

I didn’t find a Toomey on IMDB, TCM or the ending credits. I was able to identify most of the cast members that were listed and didn’t find the guy above. I couldn’t identify Dale Tarter (airman), Jerry Crews (news cameraman).
