Synopsis: Upon returning to Los Angeles to attend his father’s funeral, Damon (Alexander) soon learns that in order to claim his share of the family inheritance he must work alongside his brother, Mookie (Kain) — a former drug-dealer who had previously cost Damon a college scholarship — in keeping the family’s long-running gas station in business for at least one year. As the siblings repeatedly butt heads over matters both great and small, they soon come to realize that it takes more than money to hold a family together.

Note: I haven’t found an exact release date for this film. I need to watch this film to better identify people. I think Nicole Avant (former ambassador) and Nicole Avant Belasco are the same person, even though they are listed as two different people on IMDB after I found a case of David Belasco vs Nicole A. Avant online.
