Synopsis: A nuclear missile has been fired from Russian seas and is heading for France. On board the submarine “Le Terrifiant”, the commander Grandchamp receives the order of nuclear response. An irreversible order. The submarine cuts off all communication and has less than an hour to get into the firing position. But at the General Staff, Chanteraide, the “gold ear” expert in underwater acoustics, detects an anomaly and alerts the Admiral: the missile is a decoy designed to force them to fight back. They were trapped. D’Orsi, commander of the submarine “Le Titane”, is in charge of intercepting “Le Terrifiant” and preventing Grandchamp from abandoning his mission by any means …
