What is the name of the song that is played when the painter is dancing with the model at night while the professor is gone?

If you mean the bluesy sounding song, I’m not sure. The film only credits two songs by name:

“Love Does Her Thing” by Michael D. Minard (Sung by Frankie Diaz) and “Sabor A Conga” by Los Patines.

All of the other music is credited to composer Michael D. Minard. I checked his website and he has a few songs listed there but not the one I think you’re talking about.
